MANUFACTURING
Smitty’s Supply offers a variety of bottle shapes and sizes for private label programs all made on-site at the manufacturing facility.
BLOW MOLDING
- Super S produces 19 bottle sizes from 2.6 oz to 2 gallons, to be manufactured on one of the 12 blow mold machines.
- The machines, including the wheel, run a total capacity of 15 million bottles per month or 180 million annually.
- A selection of colors are available per each bottle size. Bottles are checked once exiting blow mold machines for thickness and deformities and are recycled if not meeting Smitty’s quality assurance standards. Please ask your sales representative for more details or for a guided tour.
INJECTION MOLDING
In addition to blow molds, Smitty’s Supply manufactures and prints 5 gallon pails and lids in a temperature and quality controlled environment
- Like bottles, pails come in a selection of colors and can either be printed onsite with the dry offset or thermal heat transfer process.
- New fully automated pail lines have been added and are capable of producing 22 pails per minute.
