SUPER S TRANSFORMER INSULATING OIL

Super S Transformer Oil is an electrical insulating oil produced from severely hydroprocessed naphthenic base oils to meet the specifications defined in ASTM D 3487.They do not contain corrosive sulfur or polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The specialized formula insures high electrical resistance, while the low viscosity and pour point provides excellent conductive heat transfer. It is formulated with an oxidation inhibitor to minimize formation of acids and sludge in service to minimize oil deterioration and extend the operating life of the immersed components. Super S Transformer Oil can be used in transformers, oil-immersed switches, oil-immerse circuit breakers, LTC’s, and oil filled capacitors.
